MTV Nominates Games for Best Soundtrack and Score

MTV is starting to become a big supporter of gaming and advertising for all 3 companies and the games on them. At their next Music Video Awards they also have awards up for the games with the best score and best soundtrack. Check out who made the nominations: Best Video Game Score Hitman:Blood Money (Jesper Kyd) Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter (Tom Salta) Dreamfall: The Longest Journey (Leon Willett and Even 'Magnet' Johansen) Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (Jeremy Soule and Julian Soule) Electroplankton (User Generated Soundtrack) Best Video Game Soundtrack Fight Night Round 3 Burnout Revenge NBA 2K6 Driver: Parallel Lines Marc Ecko's Getting Up Ah a great selection indeed though I think the game score choices could have been a slight bit better. But for the game score it's definetly between Oblivion and Electroplankton. Both games had incredible music in them and it's going to be a close one. As for the soundtrack it'll be interesting but I hiope that Marc Ecko's one wins as I just tend to like that game. But the winners will be in when the even takes place so be sure to watch MTV to find out the winners. Source Zucas
