EA Tricked Us All With Carbon Release Date

EA made statement today concerning their next generation game of NFS. They said that the posted release date of Nov 3 for the Wii and Nov 10 for the rest of the consoles was an error: “The date was put there by mistake and it is now listed as 4th Qtr 06. We will make an announcement shortly and with the US already confirming their date we expect to be around the same time but it’s still TBC. Naturally it goes without saying the Wii release date was also an error and not an insight into the console’s launch.” EA Rep Ok what the hell is up with this. You confirmed it so solidly and now you are saying it's an error. What really happened for them to make this all of a sudden change. Maybe things we just dont' know about. Possibly a push back of the game to next year. Let's hope not but come on EA just give us a release date soon. Lot of NFS fans really wanting that these holidays. Zucas

There is a possibility that the Wii is actually experiencing some problems between the Wiimote and the scanner. Lag times, and non-exact alignment, that requires further tweaking by Nintendo to get it 100% right. Perhaps these sorts of announced game release dates being delayed relates to this?

Well it's for all systems and I don't think they would delay it for others just cause the Wii is having problems. But yea devs are still probably getting used to it but one try and they'll no how to do it perfectly.
