Check out the trailer for the DOA movie. The movie looks like crap but the girls look good. This is the only thing to tide us over untill DOA: Xtreme Beach Volley Ball 2 comes out. Then again there is always the internet.
Bomberman Gets Pimped Up On X360
The new Bomberman game, Bomberman: Act Zero, is set to hit the X360 come May 2006. Yet this is no Bomberman you are used to. This Bomberman has been totally character redesigned into a cooler, darker look. He now actually looks pretty scary compared to the old version. Check out his coolness here: http://www.hudson.co.jp/gamenavi/gamedb/softinfo/bomb_actzero/ Personally I like the way the old Bomberman looked. I think they are kinda messing with the game a little too much. I mean the only reason they are doing this is because if they released the original Bomberman on the X360 too many people would think it was kiddy, which it most certainly isn't. So they had to totally recreate the dude just for the X360. Well whateva your thoughts, happy or mad, still another great Bomberman game to hit the gaming world. Glad to have him back.
PSP 3.00 Revamping for PS3?
It seems that a group of pictures have been leaked out for the PSP 3.00 version of it's online. But in the pictures it could possibly suggest what the PS3 online might just look like. http://pspupdates.qj.net/2006/02/more-possible-300-pictures-emergenced.html So is it possible that the PSP and PS3 will connect in a way more than we thought? Will resemble old handheld to console connections as we've seen with Nintendo products? I would say most definetly. But it is possible that the PSP is getting a total revamp right before the launch of the PS3 so it can have a totally new way of connection. So everyone stay tuned as the news arises. Zucas
Best Selling Titles of Last Gen
So what would be your guess as to what was the best selling title of the last gen. Well would you have guessed Mario. Well of course you would have. But the top 3 were Mario, Madden, and GTA. None too surprising really. But look at the whole list and you might be surprised by some of the titles on there. I know I was. http://cache.kotaku.com/gaming/images/topfranchise.jpg Well I had to take a pic from Kotaku but I have to get my info and things from somewhere. But yah lots of games in there that surprised me. Especially the Tiger Woods one. Well there ya go. To make it better for Kotaku I'll have Malvolio put them in our links section. Then I can do it withoug feeling bad. But yah so look at what you buy most of. Maybe we can try to break that next-gen with having some new titles. You never know. Next-Gen will be very promising. PSP Not To Have a Keyboard
Saddening news for all PSP owners indeed. It seems that the Logic 3 keyboard originally set to be let out as a peripheal for the PSP has been canned. Saddening day cause this would have really made browsing only much easier for the console. Could have only been a plus. This is the statements made by the company about the canning of the keyboard: Thanks for your mail, yes this is correct we are no longer producing orreleasing a keyboard for the Sony PSP. This decision was made by our product development team, in order toproduce the keyboard we have to acquire certain information & commandprotocols from Sony for the PSP which we where unable to obtain. Thank you for your interest in Logic 3 PSP products. Well from what I understand from that it seems that the whole thing was caused because Sony did not supply the company with enough info about the PSP to help the company enable the right tools they needed to equip the keyboard. Well it seems like Sony is just shooting it's own ship down here as they are the direct cause for customers to be without a keyboard. So to all PSP supporters sorry Sony let you down. Ever think that Sony just doesn't care about the PSP I mean really. Just my opinion but seems like they just make to many repetive bad mistakes. Someone needs to tell Sony that this isn't going to be good just cause it has the brandname Playstation in it. They need to get over their cockiness and push this handheld to its fullest potential. Expect soon from myself and exclusive PSP review from yours truly at A Gamer's Paradise. Be sure to tune in for that. Source: http://pspupdates.qj.net/2006/02/psp-keyboard-press-esc.html Zucas

A Microsoft Portable?
To everyone out there that wants to be able to play Halo 2 anywhere we have good news for you. It turns out that a video(link to video at bottom) that was created over a year ago has popped up and may fulfill your dreams. The Mircrosoft Origami is the name of the so called gaming handheld. Now the video is pretty sweet. It shows it having a touch screen(gosh now MS is taking Sony's Part), a GPS, a music player, send IM's, create pictures, and a whole lot more of all that good stuff that do that. But what caught most people's eye is that during the video one of the people is playing a game on there which looks like Halo. This caught people's eye and made people think it was MS's long waited and rumored handheld. Well for now I would take it nothing more than a rumor. For one the video is over a year old and can't still be accurate. Secondly the thihg is hardly portable. it's almost the size of a keyboard. Thirdly I just can't see MS entering the handheld business. I was surprised when Sony did it. It just seems too much like an unwinnable war too me but hey I could be totally wrong. But for all fans of this awaiting this is definetly great news. But if you want to no more wait til Thursday, March 2 to find out what this is really for. Now doing get your total hopes up yet but it is sounding like the real thing. Well it seems that the handheld business might have a new competitor in there. Seems that the Origami is more of the line taking the PSP route but also counteracting the DS with the touch screen. It's got the best of both handhelds. Sounds like a winner eh. Well we'll all see. Full coverage of all of this come Thursday. Only here will we have it when right after it is announced. Zucas Video: http://creativecoremedia.com/mso.swf

Gamespot= 7.4 IGN= 7.0 1up.com= 8.7 What happened here? Everyone has been hyping up Black so much since E3 2005 and now that it is out people are giving it mediocre reviews? For months both 1up and Gamespot have been hyping up this game like no other. Even after they played the full game the guys from 1up radio and 1up TV said it was amazing. Then they come out with their review and it's a 7.0! HUH? I thought you guys said this game was amazing. What happened? I'm still going to play the game but I will defiantly play it defferently now that I know the reviews.
Japanese Hardware and Software Sales For Last Week
Well what a way to kick off paradise with sales. Well not really yet some people still like this stuff. I'm always quite interested in sales so you'll see these all the time. Anyways here is how the hardware sales for the week of Feb 13-19 went in Japan: Week ending Feb 19 NDS- 52,099 PSP- 27,430 PS2- 23,433 GBA SP- 5,553 GBM- 2,941 GCN- 1,814 XBOX 360- 1,314 Game Boy Advance - 105 Xbox - 92 Software Sales February 13 - 19, 2006 1. 362,173 - Monster Hunter 2 (PS2) 2. 64,856 - Brain Training 2 (DS) 3. 52,481 - English Training (DS) 4. 50,808 - Animal Crossing: Wild World (DS) 5. 41,480 - Bleach: Hanatareshi Yabou (PS2) 6. 33,194 - Brain Training (DS) 7. 27,823 - Monster Hunter Portable (PSP) 8. 15,832 - Mario Kart DS (DS) 9. 12,911 - Siren 2 (PS2) 10. 12,087 - World Soccer Winning Eleven 9 Bonus Pack (PS2) Well these sales shouldn't be too surprising. DS and PS2 are usually raping the charts with usually PSP keepihng up with them. And then you have your GBA and then your GC and your sad MS consoles in Japan. Nothing against MS but they really need to do something about the X360 in Japan. Now you'll notice that I'm a strong Nintendo fan soon enough but I'll keep it as unbiased as possible. But there is many ways that MS can really get a jumpstart in Japan. But they have to put a little more effort in it than just getting game developers over there. Well once again cheers to the DS for once again taking the charts. Zucas
